ZestMagnesium Deficiency

Anorexia-Bulemia We were warned about mal−absorption of vitamins and minerals as a result of a bad yeast overgrowth, and that is made worse by not having certain things in our diet in sufficient levels.  When we have problems in the list below, our Doctor might prescribe drugs that do not always help, but always have undesirable side effects.

Having the proper amount of Magnesium in your system is vital to all the functions of the body.  You may find that many symptoms are greatly diminished when this mineral deficiency is addressed.  What if someone you care about dies from ANOREXIA/BULIMIA, ALZHEIMER'S or ECLAMPSIA?  What if you or they suffer from Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Prostatitis or Diabetes?  What if you or they struggle with Alcoholism or Drug Addiction, and realize that all these things may be helped, corrected or PREVENTED by having the right amount of MAGNESIUM?

More than seventy−five years ago, medical scientists declared MAGNESIUM to be an essential nutrient, indispensable to life.  While research affirms its contribution to our health, many Americans remain dangerously deficient in MAGNESIUM.  About SIXTY PERCENT of us are not getting enough to maintain health, and ward−off disease/disorder.  You might take a supplement in pill form, but still be deficient.

ATP (Adenozine Triphosphate) is the primary molecule for energy storage in our body, is present in all living cells, provides energy for many metabolic processes, but it needs MAGNESIUM for its creation.  This is VITAL for energy, movement, and our very LIFE.

Sleep issues or Alzheimers Heart Attacks, Alzheimer's, Migraines, Insomnia and even Alcohol/Drug Addiction may be directly linked to a MAGNESIUM deficiency.  We seem to understand that calcium is important to our bones, but our bones get brittle if we get so much calcium, but not enough MAGNESIUM.

MAGNESIUM is used in the liver, and is important in controlling our blood sugar levels by delivering the right amount of insulin to our cells.  Low blood sugar can cause us to feel terrible, and high blood surgar is dangerous as well.  MAGNESIUM helps with both conditions.

This is obviously a vital mineral, and many of the things we suffer stem from the deficiency in Magnesium that most people have.

ZestWhy is this such an issue?

Calcium forces an action in our body, and MAGNESIUM relaxes that action. Without MAGNESIUM, processes do not work properly, and cells will die.  These minerals need to be in balance in our body. Disease and disorder follow when there is not enough MAGNESIUM in our cells.  Only 1% of our MAGNESIUM is found in the blood, and the body regulates that level.  If we find our blood levels of MAGNESIUM seem normal, it may not really mean what we are told it means.

We are not getting the Minerals and Nutrients we need from food, and are not properly absorbing so much of what we get.  MAGNESIUM is vital to all the most important processes in the body.  We need MAGNESIUM for controlling serotonin levels in the brain, so it is important for SLEEP.  Restful sleep is important to just about EVERYTHING.  You very likely have a MAGNESIUM deficiency, and that causes many problems that are hitting us even more as we age. Our vegetables may contain less than ONE THIRD of the MAGNESIUM they did 100 years ago.  The right form must be delivered the right way or we continue to have problems.

Fluoride and Chlorine in water supplies cause many problems.  Processed foods are a significant part of our diet, and they are causing certain troubles.  This is made worse by the poor levels of certain minerals in the soil to begin with... We need the right building blocks, or the temple will crumble.

Read the list, again if need be, to see if this may be something that is helpful for you, and seek to find the best way to supplement your Magnesium levels.  There may be a common link between the symptoms in that list, indicating this mineral deficiency that most of us have.

There is so much that MAGNESIUM does that takes a significant amount of time to explain.  Here is a book you could read that was written by a Physician who did a lot of research to determine how to address this serious mineral deficiency.  Carolyn Dean, MD,ND,CN, wrote "The Magnesium Miracle" (not very expensive on Amazon.com) which explains her findings as relating to the right amount, and right form, of MAGNESIUM we need to help us fight disease and certain disorders in the body.

She suggests a supplemental form of MAGNESIUM (transdermal − through the skin) that works best for most people.  Click the following to go to her website:

Please familiarize yourself with the info that this doctor has discovered concerning the typical deficiency we seem to be suffering in such a vital element.

ZestMagnesium Oil

Essentially, this is condensed Sea Water, and the trace minerals are things we may not always get.  At best, we do not get enough! Rub a small amount (a few drops) on the skin 1/2 an hour before a bath or shower.  The instructions of including it in a soaking bath are OKay if you do take baths, or don't mind a relaxing time like that.

Magnesium Oil has absolutely no oil in it at all.  Sea water has been so condensed that an "oil−like" viscosity results.  A common form of Magnesium has been used as a laxative for more than a hundred years, and you will not absorb much that way.  Having this form of Magnesium absorbed Transdermally (through the skin) avoids any type of laxative response, and it may be the best way to use it.

Testamonial:
I had read about this stuff, and had some around for years. When my wife had another Migraine Headache, I thought I'd try something different, and applied some to the skin on her legs.  Shortly afterward, she had relief from the migraine, and did not have the many hours of vomitting and sensitivity to light and sound that made her so miserable for so long when this happened in the past, though those things had started with her already.
Joe in Florida

Composition:
Magnesium Oil is typically derived from natural, condensed sea water, and contains a multitude of healthful, dissolved minerals and trace elements.  This usually includes water, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, boron, calcium, selenium, and other trace elements of sea water − approx. 2,492 mg. of magnesium chloride per teaspoon (5 ml.)

Usage:
We recommend pouring 1 oz. or more of Magnesium Oil in a tub (or a foot soak) of warm/hot water for a pleasurable, 30−minute "sea bath", to help support relief from daily stress, and to promote a feeling of wellness.  Great for skin, so use it as a massage oil, too!

Caution:
Avoid direct contact with eyes and sensitive mucous membranes as you would with any sea−salt solution.  If you experience a slight, temporary stinging sensation, simply dilute the area with clean water.

It is important to note that there are people who will claim that this one mineral deficiency is responsible for ALL disease, and that THEIR OWN supplement will help you. This is not what I suggest, because, as these articles state and the info on this page shows, there are numerous causes of disease. Addressing a Magnesium deficiency is, however, a significant part of keeping yourself healthy.
